I have tried to blog in the past, but never really saw it through. Today I want to change that. I realized over the past year, and especially the last several months that one of my true passions is fitness. I love to run! I have been running off and on since college. Running has challenged me and I even ran my first marathon this year! I also like weights, yoga and an occasional cardio class. I try my best to eat healthy and clean, but I definitely have my splurge moments/days/weekends!
