Short post today.  I took 2 days of rest after my 8 mile run.  I have a love/hate relationship with rest days.  Rest days are needed but sometimes hard to take.  I know losing weight is about 20 percent working out and 80 percent what you eat but I tend to feel like crap of I don’t work out.  It’s like my day isn’t complete or never got started.  But my right leg felt tight after the 8 mile run so I figured I needed a few days of rest.

Today I did my weights DVD and ran 2 miles.  It felt good to sweat and get the endorphins going. :). Tomorrow I’m meeting my friend Rachel for an early morning 5 mile run.  Ready for some miles!
