2015 is here and I’m ready to get back to blogging! I have taken some time off and I thought the new year is a great reason to get back to it. The other reason I’m getting back into blogging is because I’m ready to take my health and fitness to a whole new level! Over the past 5 months I have gained 8 pounds. 😦  I worked really hard for 8 months to lose 30 pounds and then another year maintaining that weight loss.  I felt really good and my healthy weight and I’m ready to get serious and lose the 8 pounds and possibly a few more.

I want to use this blog to keep track of my eats, workouts and progress on this journey.  Here’s to 2015 being a very healthy year!
